The Beach Treehouse home has chic sophistication and a unique location perched up high only 400 metres from the Currumbin beachfront.

The home is architecturally designed to capture the see sea breezes from every room whilst still being hidden in stunning local trees which wind themselves through the outside decking and lounge room.

As soon as you step in you will be able relax and unwind; you will love the originality of features including 120-year-old re-purposed church timbers under foot and original beach cottage VJ’s featured in the master bedroom.

We know you will be blown away by the master bedroom overlooking the ocean and having its own unique styled private bathroom. As you step up to the living area you’ll feel at home high up in the treetops with louvre windows opening to bring in the cool breeze whilst the outside balcony is perfect for an afternoon barbecue or reading a book in the shade.

Stepping up higher from the kitchen is a dining room and second open lounge area which is great for group dining or solving the world's issues with friends on the couch. On the lower level are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms look out to the stunning views whilst sharing the second full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two king singles which can be converted into a king bed on request.

The location is just a short walk to the beach, surf club and local cafés including Salt Mill Café, Beach Shack Café and the classic Australian icon of Currumbin Beach Vikings Surf Life Saving Club.

Please note:  The Beach Treehouse is not recommended for toddlers or small children as it is located just a short walk from the beach built on a steep hill across four levels. The staircase would not be suitable for crawling babies or young toddlers.
